Return Policy

All of our Lounging About products are custom and made to order, we do not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind as they are cut and made specifically for you.

Faulty Item Policy

All of our products are carefully quality checked for any faults before leaving our care. We do not accept responsibility for damage in transit. However if there is a manufacturing fault with your product, please notify us immediately upon discovering the fault at sales@loungingabout.com.au. Our customer service team will get back to you regarding your concern.

Sales Product Return Policy

Please choose sale items carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If you’ve received a sale item that’s faulty or not what you ordered, please read the ‘Faulty Item Policy.'

Cancellations

If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.
